Homestead property notices will be mailed on Friday, April 12, 2013.
All remaining real property notices will be mailed on Friday, April 26, 2013
Personal Property and Mineral notices will be mailed on Friday, May 17, 2013.
HOUSE BILL 252 PASSED IN THE 82ND REGULAR SESSION MANDATES THAT THESE ITEMS MUST BE
SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION IN ORDER FOR THE EXEMPTION TO BE GRANTED.

Gregg Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Gregg County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).
